POSITION PURPOSE/SUMMARY OF ROLETo manage local campaigns and products and develop brand sponsorship/ partnerships. Closely overlook CRM related communication and retail needs handled by his/her subordinate, Sr. customer MKT associate. One would actively participate in campaign management, local and regional report making as well as interdepartmental communication in various formats and channels.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESRetail MKTPlan and manage MKT campaigns
  • Planning of annual / monthly retail marketing & CRM calendar in lined with global brand concept and strategy
  • Localization of global campaigns, copy review, in-store action & event plan
  • Product management including new product launch, product analysis
  • Local campaign production lead including creation of campaign copy, official photography and film making
  • Manage branded activation development such as Circularity project, Rinse & return project
Customer related event management
  • Lead and execute new product launch events & brand activation events
  • Actively cultivate customer events such as Elevated skincare workshop, fragrance workshop etc.
  • Manage open to public events/ experience at external and internal venues
  • Outpost plan & communication with relevant parties

People management
  • Closely coach and mentor Sr. Customer MKT Associate
  • Overlook CRM plan and communication
  • Give guidance to CRM analysis and result tracking

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 9 years of working experience in Retail MKT / CRM
  • Experiences in leading interdepartmental projects

  • High proficiency in excel and power point presentation
  • Business proficiency in both written and verbal English
