ROLE SUMMARY:Pricing & Reimbursement Manager or Sr. Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for managing and conducting assigned assets’ pricing & reimbursement for the launch and life-cycle management as well as creating opportunities with long-term market access strategyROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Leads access strategy development for new products pricing & reimbursementDevelops P&R strategy for HIRA and negotiation strategy for NHIS in collaboration with a cross-functional teamDevelops Pharmacoeconomics strategy for economic value proposition (if necessary)Develops product value dossier with relevant clinical and economic dataStakeholders Communication: Negotiates with government decision bodies including MOHW, HIRA and NHISMaximizes business opportunity in collaboration with Business UnitLeads reimbursement expansion for in-line productProvides access expertise to Business Unit regarding access issuesBrings into access team operationsProvides single point of contact for assigned Business UnitTakes lead on regular communication (e.g. H&V Update Meeting) with Business Unit in collaborationCommunicates with Global Health & Value including PSP (Price Strategy Proposal)Manages price information through JADESupports industrial collaboration to shape the environment for patient accessProvides a strategic platform to business units based on a comprehensive understanding through relevant long-term Health & Value StrategyAnticipates key trend of environment and analyzes organizational implication in order to prepare for environmental changesQUALIFICATIONS:Above Bachelor's degree, preferably master’s degree in public health, pharmacy, nursing or business7 or more years of experiences in pharmaceutical industry with strong understanding of HTA and pricing decision-making process, health economics gained through experience in intensive payer communicationFluency in English and Korean (both verbal and writing skills)Application Deadline: September 10 (Wed), 2025Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Market Access
