SJ SCM Technician

• Import raw material in case of oversea supplier, and conduct custom clearance
• Monitor raw material transportation

• Export finished goods in case of oversea customer
• Deliver to finished goods for local customer

• Manage shipping container incoming/outgoing
• Conduct canister and cylinder loading/unloading
• Monitor ALAM Korea & customer asset (cylinder, canister and valve) movement, and also monitor turnaround cycle of all vessels and customer products
• Perform housekeeping and safe material handling

• Conduct products and asset incoming/outgoing inspection
• Manage inspection check sheet and upload data to database
• Be involved in quality assurance of all products

• Manage inventory level and minimize unnecessary stock
• Manage material and asset database
• Ensure all materials in warehouse are ready for use
• Conduct ending inventory closing

• Check item and quantity for purchasing goods
• Create receipt transaction into ERP system

• Issue purchase request for raw material
• Handling customer PO
• Co-work with other department (e.g. RM sampling/analysis request)

• Ensure that all standard operating procedures are accurately documented and followed
• Comply without exception to all safe chemical handling protocols
• Demonstrate ability to obtain proper assistance when confronted with problem situations
• Follow all policies and procedures of the Health/Safety/Environment
• Participate all training which is required for SCM technician
• Participate SCM team weekly meeting

• Experiences in gas and chemical industry are preferred
• Basic knowledge of safety issues and hazards related to chemicals
• Good computer skills preferred (e.g. Google Gmail/Doc/Spreadsheet/Presentation or MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Good verbal and written interpersonal communication skills (Ability to read and write English is preferred)
• ERP skills preferred. (e.g. Microsoft NAV)
• Knowledge of micro-contamination and cleanroom protocol desirable
• Knowledge of cylinder, canister and valves desirable
• Knowledge of chemical handling desirable
• Forklift operation skill is preferred

• Educational attainments equal to and higher than those of high school graduate

• Ability to follow established written procedures
• Must be able to wear personal-protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety helmet, steel-toed shoes, cartridge respirator and others required to protect chemical exposure
• Flexible and adaptive in all situations
