- Strengthen incremental sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through nurturing long lead-time projects and phone-based qualification.
- Apply the use of Value Selling techniques to support the Videojet value propositions by technology; understanding our customer wants and values, engaging with our customers in a compelling manner.
- Cultivate a strong partnership with the regional Field Sales Team and Tele Lead Generation Team to sustain key performance metrics and revenue targets by region.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Drive share of wallet on a quarterly customer cadence based on account revenue size.
- Produce high quality opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Support effective lead nurturing follow-up activity with a straightforward approach that invites ongoing collaboration.
- Prospect within new and existing accounts that results in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Win back lost Supplies & Parts business through Value Selling.
- Provide Field Sales Engineers with pre-sales support for opportunities that are in the funnel.
- Build relationships with Core Teams (Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, etc.)
- Leverage results and key learnings to enhance the success of the broader Inside Sales Team.
- Follow-up on sales quotations that are held-up in the approval process longer than 24 hours.[자격요건]
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of sales and/or new business development experience.
- Previous experience in call center environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably, Salesforce.com) and MS Office applications.
- Availability to travel: up to 20%.
- Passion and motivation to drive monthly sales by building essential relationships with customers (internal and external).
- Proficiency in high-level communication in order to effectively educate customers on all technologies with extensive product knowledge.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize daily tasks.
- Willingness to change directions frequently in the spirit of continuous improvement to be effective daily and monthly.
- Ability to overcome objections and convert interest into growth opportunities.
