BI Manager, Data Consultancy

• Manage reports and datasets from various channels and platforms, including (but not limited to) various mainstream media platforms such as Google and Bing, and analytics platform such as GA and AA
• This includes setting up processes to pull data from platforms and channels, managing data sources, processing and manipulating the data and consolidating data across multiple data sources in SQL databases
• Design query architecture and perform query writing to clean, consolidate, manipulate raw dataset according to project needs
• Work with the team to manage, modify, QA, and incorporate any additional data sources per request
• Resolve day to day challenges encountered on datasets and perform different data analytics tasks on different platforms including Troubleshoot data discrepancy issues and solve ad-hoc data requests
• Build, manage, modify and maintain dashboards.
• Support regular reports and presentations with key findings, observations, data insights and recommendation
• Create, manage and improve new or existing datasets where needed.

• Visit the client office per request
• Analyze business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
• Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
• Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability

• Oversee the local BI team and ensure excellent and consistent delivery of BI project in a timely manner
• Resource planning for the teams to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to support workload
• Manage the teams effectively, ensure regional processes are adopted
• Collaborate effectively with the data consultancy team sitting in different offices

• Any additional coding or data management experience

• 4+ years of working experience in data or digital marketing data
• Proficient in SQL / Python
• Proven track record in delivering BI and dashboarding projects independently
• Strong analytical individual who enjoys lateral thinking and problem solving
• Attention to detail with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues across various data sources and platforms
• Proactive individual who is confident taking the initiative and working with colleagues across teams and departments

• Experience in Google Big Query
• Confident client facing attributes
• Proactive, motivated, self starter and willing to learn
• Bachelor's degree or plus in computer science, data science, or related field preferred
• Fluent English and Korean communication, verbal and written. Any other Asian language is a plus.
