  • A professional communicator who translates complex technical information into clear, concise and accessible content for target customer group (Korean centric information)
  • Produce various types of documentation, including user manuals, promotional materials
  • Customer analysis, understanding the intended target group is necessary to effectively tailor our content and ensure it meets customer needs
  • Edit and proofread published technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Analyze the customer technical demand and provide concrete solutions such as problem resolution, product selection and recommending services
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, sales and product managers, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documentation
  • Promote corporate image by preparing and presenting technical papers, participating in trade shows and exhibits, and developing good customer relationships
  • Develop strong links with R&S HQ in order to share knowledge as well as technical optimization
  • Maintain a proficient level of product knowledge and applications
  • Perform other duties assigned as needed

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majored in electronic engineering with a focus on RF circuit/component and module/system in electronics, or comparable field of studies
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Electronics or related field
  • Experience in posting and editing of technical papers regarding on Electronics technologies (preferred)
  • Experience in operation of T&M instruments (signal & spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers and others) / (preferred)
  • Experience in development of RF component, semiconductor, wireless communication system (preferred)
  • Requires Business thinking to focuses on our customers' needs
  • Requires the attitude for respectful collaboration
  • Possible to travel (domestic and international)
  • Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly and deliver under pressure
  • Demonstrate written and verbal English communication skill
  • Fluent Korean
