- Collect and prioritize local CRM requests for escalation to HQ in Europe.
- Facilitate the alignment of Sales and Service workflows with the new CRM system (Salesforce).
- Coordinate with HQ in Europe on the delivery and enhancement of CRM features.
- Serve as the local promoter, expert, advisor, and trainer for CRM processes and operations.
- Develop, plan, and deliver CRM process training programs for the Korean team.
- Continuously monitor CRM adoption and drive improvement initiatives.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on CRM and roll-in experience is required, preferably in roles related to Sales, Process Excellence, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Positive mindset and openness to change
- In-depth understanding of CRM processes and business data flow
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Effective communication with multiple stakeholders, including global teams
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on shared goals
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable messages
