This involves managing a consistent inventory and procurement plan to achieve Santen Korea's continuous growth and financial sales targets, considering evolving drug regulations and volatile sales trendsTo accomplish this, the person will support monthly local Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with relevant departments such as the commercial team, finance team, and RA/QA team. These meetings will involve analyzing historical sales and consumption trends, channel inventory positioning, marketing plans, and regulatory change plans to ensure the stable procurement and distribution of products locallyFurthermore, the role requires a comprehensive understanding of the logistics flow of medicines from production to consumers. The aim is to contribute to improving Santen's profit rate by minimizing distribution costs and reducing the risk of stockouts.Overall, this role seeks individuals with senior junior-level experience in domestic pharmaceutical distribution and expertise in healthcare logistics.   • Support the local S&OP meeting monthly with relevant departments in order to supply the goods to local market stably with responding updated sales forecast for 36months reviews and market voice as analyzing highly accurate of sales forecast and monitoring market trends then plan and make the stable supply
  • Update SFCST and collect reasons for inaccuracy item
  • Prepare data for S&OP meetings, assist in conducting meetings, and close SFCST monthly after completion.
  • Supply plans such as AW changes, API changes, and build-up due to manufacturing changes according to government policies and variation changes should be established in advance so that it can be reflected in supply and inventory operation plans with the aim of supplying products safely to the market..
  • Responsible for establishing procurement and manufacturing plans and executes them to meet the MTP Plans.
  • A series of new product supply plans for product master management, MAH schedule, AW preparation, production - shipping plan, the local QC test , etc. are made in line with the new product launch plan, and related departments can be provided with the information.
  • Conduct RA/QA and Variation meetings to ensure timely implementation of PKG changes in accordance with regulatory approvals.
  • Coordinate the timing of variation changes at the sourcing site to a PKG implementation and import.
  • Reviews major supply chain parameter changes with management and implements agreed upon plan. Regularly reports supply chain performance metrics to monitor progress.
  • Participates in development of improvement plans, review with management, and facilitates implementation to achieve desired results.
  • Utilizes tracking systems to measure and report progress. Responsible for learning current supply chain tools (GPS, PBI, SAP etc), methods(escalation process, GOF etc), and implementation techniques such as constraints management, drum-buffer-rope, demand management.
  • Coordinate fulfillment of import requirement according to the local law and regulation.
  • Conduct RA/QA and Variation meetings to ensure timely implementation of PKG changes in accordance with regulatory approvals.
Sales & Operation management
  • Processing sales revenue, including order processing, shipment, invoice issuance, and payment collection, as well as handling returns, issuing invoices, and managing other related tasks.
3PL Management
  • Manage through smooth business sharing with outsourcing companies such as importing, storing, and shipping goods in order to support of schedule of stable procurement and qualified supply of products.
  • Provide and implement a solution according to more strict governments guide and regulations of in-temperature delivery, reporting serialization of goods, and management of warehousing of pharmaceutical goods.
  • Inspect the monthly expenses based on the contracted rate and obtain payment approval according to the monthly expense closing schedule.
  • Monitor overall inbound process to meet the business requirement and urgency
  • Communicate closely with 3PL & service providers to ensure continuous and efficient workflow.
  • Liaise with 3PL, Customs clearance agency, Freight forwarder to prevent or resolve if any issue occurs.
  • Monitor safety stock level to maintain optimal stock level and check space utilization. (warehousing capacity management, relocation from import/other located warehouse to KGSP warehouse)
  • Analyze the actual cost versus budget monthly. (Cost optimization improvement required)
  • Verify the applicability of Aggregation & Serialization for the product, and upload aggregation data to the 3PL system. Check and manage the utility of aggregation codes.
  • Management of cold chain logistics in response to the expansion of cold chain management business (handling refrigerated pharmaceutical shipments and imports).
  • Tracking import and receipt schedules, forwarding relevant documents to related departments, and notifying relevant departments in case of schedule changes (including assigning tasks to warehouse in/out personnel).
  • Release of samples, clinical pharmaceuticals, donated items, and imported QC samples.
Others
  • Develop and implement a system to manage it to ensure accurate serialization reporting upon supply details with preventing longer lead time while delivery according to changes in the reinforced products of reporting serialization regulation
  • Manage all essential tasks for customs clearance for import medicine and medical device(if possible) and EPR(Extended Producer Responsibility) operation business in the country smoothly
  • Achieve a supply reporting rate of 99% or higher daily and 100% on a monthly basis through the management of KPIS for supply reporting. Through the management of KPIs for supply reporting, ensure that serial numbers are reported daily
  • Support special trade program such as FTA, RCEP
Wholesaler Management
  • Update the contract regularly with wholesaler according to business and industry requirement.
  • Leading the return and settlement for price-cut according to the KR policies.
  • KPI monitoring regarding proper Inventory, On Time In Full
자격 요건
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chin/Logistics or related field
  • 6+year of proven experience in Health care supply chain management/logistics
  • Leading S&OP meeting with relevant departments(Commercial, RA/QA, Finance)
  • Experienced in Import operation and FTA
  • Working knowledge of theories and practices, typically applied to one discipline, such as supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control etc. Possesses knowledge of assigned area of responsibility and continues to expand knowledge of Santen business
  • Effective writing and speaking skills in English and Korean
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
  • Data analytical skills, skillful Excel and experience in SAP
  • Preferred; using Global Planning system (RR etc)
  • Good sense of number, logical thinking and calculation
  • Proactive search skills for solutions to the pharmaceutical market's variable regulation and trends.
  • Capacity to work effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships, be diplomatic, and exhibit sensitivity to and understanding of the dynamics of a sophisticated organization
