- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promoting their understanding of abb’s complete product/systems/ services offering and aligning with them to provide a solution
- Defining key targets (e.g., volume, prices, mix) and ensures these are achieved for the channels in the specified market
- Supporting Local Division Manager in business and assist proposal process for channel partners
- Identifying and evaluating global channel partners together with the Local Sales team and authorizes them in coordination with the Sales management team
- Coordinating sales and marketing efforts that require channel partner participation
- Drawing policies and relevant standards (e.g. Market Segmentation, Customer Due Diligence, Cyber Security) to be used globally for channel partner evaluation and certification
- Building strong Channel/ partners policy and evaluation criteria to judge the feasibility of partnerships with ABB Sales team
- Being responsible for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/channels
- Bachelor’s degree in electronical or business administration or any equivalent qualification
- Over 10 years of Direct Sales of channel management experiences in multinational companies
- Intermediate/business level in English, and fluency in Korean
- Channel driven automation, instrumentation company experience
- Regional (asia pacific level) role experience, OEM development sales role experience
- Knowledge of SAP and MS office applications
