Responsibilities
  • Responsible for verifying Department store receipts, issue/refund Global Blue Korea Tax Refund Forms for customers.
  • Comply proactively with Global Blue policies, refund manuals, guidelines, and procedures, while identifying potential fraud and preventing errors in refund processing and foreign currency exchange.
  • Support Galleria department store (including GA merchant) staff in addressing issues or customer inquiries related to processed tax refunds.
  • Responsible for guiding and assisting customers in the refund lounge, including but not limited to:
  • Providing the correct information concerning refund procedures.
  • Assisting customers with obtain customs stamps and completing Tax Refund Forms
  • Processing cash and non-cash refunds, as well as foreign currency exchange using the internal REX program.
  • Promoting non-cash refunds, MCC (Mobile customer care), Auto refund, etc.
  • Handling money and maintain cash accountability.
  • Minimize conflicts and provide quality service to improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese and other major languages is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends or holidays if required
  • Independent working after given guidelines
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Basic proficiency in common software tools (e.g., Excel, Word)
