Explore the flexibility and challenge that working for Cytiva can provide.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Be responsible for financial planning and analysis works through annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
Partner with business leaders to execute spending per planned budget with mindset of maximizing ROI
Support Korea Finance Director for driving strategic initiatives; enhancing operational process efficiency, developing business cases for long-term investment opportunities, and performing various business analysis
With an ownership of commercial accounts (revenue, COGS, contract asset & progress billing), provide finance guidance to commercial & customer service teams on their inquiries on various operational matters
Partner with shared service team to ensure accurate & efficient financial closing; accurate revenue recognition, account reconciliation for commercial accounts and so on.
Support for Danaher Sox testing, internal audit, external audit, and other compliance initiatives with mindset of achieving strong compliance culture

The essential requirements of the job include

University degree in finance, accounting, or related preferred
8~10 years’ experience in accounting and finance planning & analysis; working experience in multinational companies is preferred
Knowledge in Korea GAAP and US GAAP
Be able to provide his/her own point of view with data driven analysis
Communicate complex business issues in clear and concise manners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Korean)
Experience of using Oracle, BI tools is preferred
