- Coordinates ESG projects and tasks that fulfill our customers needs.
- Develops business partnership relationship with management and employees through expert consultative counsel and support of the human resources function.
- Effectively communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with all levels of management and employees.
- Coordinates recruiting activity to ensure the best talent is selected.
- Creates environment to support the ongoing development of talent utilizing current processes and ongoing improvement.
- Diagnoses organizational development needs, implements effective solutions, and builds effective teams.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Participates in and/or leads special group projects as required.
- Responsible for other generalist duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or psychology or business, and Masters is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in human resources in a manufacturing facility preferred.
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy essential.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with intermediate- to advanced-level experience in Microsoft Excel required.
