  • Develop, plan, and execute private client relations initiatives to elevate brand experience, loyalty, relationship, and desirability while amplifying top-tier clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients, consistently delivering memorable and impactful experiences that align with brand strategies
  • (off-site event, global brand experience (Fashion Show), collaborating with 3rd party, etc.)
  • Proactively work with HO, other departments, and external partners to creatively plan and execute PCR activities to align client engagement strategies and directions with ensuring ROI
  • Collaborate with PSR, 3rd parties, and external partners to seek the opportunity of recruiting new high-potential clientele by delivering the brand vision and values
Support store teams to implement a client-oriented mindset while ensuring proper and consistent execution of all client engagement activitiesClient Development
  • Develop an annual in-store CRM action plan aligning with business strategies, retail objectives, and CRM targets
  • Work closely with HQ and other departments to plan and execute in-store events to enhance client experience, strengthen the relationship with the brand, and drive traffic in-store while managing ROI
  • Manage client treatment strategy to deliver elevated experience - personal occasions and local festivity seasonal gifting, etc.
QuaIification
  • University Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • At least 12 years of related experience in luxury fashion/ high-end retail / CRM
  • Fluent in English
  • CRM or GEM concept and Customer management techniques
Skills
  • Customer driven orientation
  • Strong skills in various MS Office application: Excel, PPT, Word
  • Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several projects simultaneously and timely manner
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and customer engagement skills
