Grand Hyatt Jeju is primed to be a leading lifestyle travel destination in Asia Pacific.Job SummaryㆍEffectively manage inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits for hotels in the market.
ㆍDevelop and implement strategies to optimize revenue across all channels as well as collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to create promotional offers and packages that drive occupancy and revenue.
ㆍMonitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and demand forecasts.
ㆍAnalyze booking patterns and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend appropriate actions.
ㆍ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, analyzing performance against budget and forecasts
ㆍ Responsible for effective implementation and compliance of Revenue Management Standard.
ㆍ Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration.Qualifications:QualificationsㆍBachelor’s degree is required
ㆍ A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, reservations or a similar role within the hospitality industry
ㆍ Possess good planning and directing skills.
ㆍ Ability to delegate responsibilities and activities, establish relationships and create conditions necessary for mutually co-operative efforts, develop organizational structure and the activities to be performed so that they are carried out in relation to their importance and with minimum conflicts.
ㆍ Ability to establish and measure standards/goals, evaluate results, make necessary corrections to achieve higher goals.
ㆍStrong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office
