- Process and manage customer orders, changes, and backlog
- Coordinate shipments and resolve delivery or customs issues
- Manage customer forecasts /demand
- Report and support reduction of past due orders and manage inventory level
- Handle sample order and support PPAP documentation submissions
- Follow up on payments and resolve overdue invoice issues
- Bachelor's degree
- Business level English skill in reading, writing, and speaking
- Well understand the trading business model and sufficient international trade knowledge
- Good computer application skill - MS Office, SAP experience is preferred
- Be capable of working with multi-task and meet deadline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive attitude
