- Understanding the sales activity flow of the Sales team and supporting document work related to sales
- Deliver company introduction materials, basic information, and documents.
- Handle RFI (Request for Information) requests via phone or e-mail.
- Support customer satisfaction and feedback collection and analysis.
- Manage repair equipment, progress, and shipping tasks, as well as confirm delivery scheduling.
- Confirm orders and ensure contract fulfillment / check delivery scheduling.
- Manage backlog and outstanding payments, and delivery management.
- Request for the inbound and outbound of demo equipment (reservations), calculate demo equipment sales.
- Compile internal materials for the sales team and support the internal approval process
- Support bids/contracts (prepare documents, check processes, and provide notifications as needed)
- Support Rental companies and Samsung sales (retrieve, organize, and analyze sales information and equipment sales history, and assist in preparing quotations)
- Support for RFQ (Request for Quotation) after defining by the Account Manager and assist in preparing quotation
- Support for specific project tasks (additional involvement based on project scale or customer requests).
- Additional technical support and sales-related assistance as needed.

- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, order processing, marketing, or customer service.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP.
- Ability to take responsibility and work autonomously.
- Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate with other departments
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
