- Responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for employees, candidates, and visitors to the Client Site with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a clean and safe front desk with a presentable and smooth-running front of house where every visitor and employee has a positive experience.
- Manage and facilitate office access using security & badging system.
- Manage and facilitate guest management system.
- Manage and facilitate parking program for employees and visitors.
- Act as a hub of information for employees, be it in person or online.
- Preparing and distributing welcome kits to new hires, candidates, etc.
- Assist the Workplace team with various administrative records or reports such as compiling reports, tracking data, managing inventory, printing, scanning, etc.
- Support shipping and receiving programs and assist with incoming/outgoing packages.
- Assign, monitor, and complete employee request via helpdesk ticketing system.
- Ensure reception area is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Supporting experience program for new hire, traveler, candidates and employees as needed.
- Assist the Facilities Team with special projects as needed.
- Candidates with prior experience in a comparable role within the hospitality sector are highly preferred.
- Good health, Neat and pleasant appearance.
- Previous customer-related experience is required.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
