Responsible for sales achievement of assigned accounts/territory through execution of marketing strategies established by the Company to meet or exceed budgeted sales goals and objectives in assigned territoryJob DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining good relations with all customers within his/her area of responsibility, including key opinion leaders, procurement personnel, and end users.
- Ensures regular customer visits are made according to predetermined schedules.
- Responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs and selling appropriate products to satisfy those needs.
- Develops strong relationships internally and externally at various levels of management.
- Provides feedback on market trends, competitive activities and economic influences affecting business.
- Maintains records of all sales activities such as customer visits, presentations, special events, telephone contacts, etc., and provides these records to Sales Administration.
- Plans sales strategy by country and region; focuses on specific customer groups and their needs; designs action plans which includes promotional programs and detailed implementation schedule.
- Actively participates in trade associations and local community organizations.
- General understanding of Healthcare industry. Location has to be Daegu.
- Account management skills & Business communication skills.
- Ability to create business reports and persuade stakeholders based on insight into market situation.
- At least 2 years in the medical device industry with sales or marketing management Experience.
- Ability to lead new Market opportunities and capable of managing business operations.
- Effective collaboration as a team member with excellent communication skills.
- Business insight & Negotiation skill.
- English speaking (ability to present business updates & Presentation)
