→Operative strategy to be established in order to set up smooth user experience process
→Implement and maintain digital platforms, which enables the direct sales to end customers
→Ensure that platforms are set to enhance the customer satisfaction and loyalty
→Develop the strategy for seamless process through digital tools and design integration from “As-Is” to “To-Be” systems and processes
→Digital platforms include MB Loyalty App & Kakao Channel and contents development & management included - Lead implementation to launch new digital platform by coordination with BUs, Dealers, etc.
→Lead implementation by market need verification, prioritize main stakeholders' requirement, set-up rollout plan, dealer training, etc.
→Initiate and lead the project for the newly required system to enrich digital process (i.e. tax engine, finance system integration etc.)
→Manage the project by outlining implementation roadmap with milestone activities and timeline
→Coordinate with relevant Business Units for new change requests across all functions
→Other potential digital platform implementation plan review and feasibility check■ Digital Platform Operations
→Ensure that Digital Platforms are operated with efficiency and effectiveness.
→Comprehensive analysis phase covering digital platform tasks and functions with KPI
→Coordinate with IT to resolve technical incidents and remove the root cause of the issues.
→Coordinate with relevant Business Units for new change requests across all functions
→Re-engineer the business processes of Digital Customer platforms, harmonizing views from all Business Units
→Operation of Digital Platforms in terms of Incident, Problem and Change management
→Coordinate with CRM team in order to ensure that customer journey interactions are adapted to digital dealer business processes■ Dealer Stewardship & Communication
→Coordinate with Dealers for required communication sessions with dealer management and employees (e.g. Dealer training, Information sharing via Benefit site, etc.)
→Coordinate with Network Development team for aligning online and offline initiatives
→Arrange business workshops, working discussion sessions with dealers.
→Develop dealer distribution materials (when necessary)■ Business Partner alignment and communication
→Coordinate with external partners and agencies for digital customer initiative execution and in depth analysis
→Closely communicate and discuss with HQ/Region, CoC : periodic/ad-hoc communications for alignment and problem solving
→Proactively coordinate and align with internal teams (Sales/ Marketing/ CS/ PPS/ Finance & →Controlling/ Legal/ CCC/ relevant teams)
→Steering Agency and suppliers
→Work with external/internal organizations for digital dealer solutions improvement◆Qualifications
■Education
4 year university graduate
Bachelor's degree in business administration/automotive related majors preferred■Experience
5~7 years of experience in online sales processes and tools, preferably in auto or luxury retail industry
Experience and knowledge on system implementation preferred■Specific knowledge
Project planning and management
Strong operational skill with attention to details
Good at playing with numbers and statistics with strong OA(MS Excel) skill
Excellent communitation skill both Korean and English (verbal, written and presentation)[전형절차]
