- Source and qualify new commerce partnerships that fit into overall ads monetisation strategy in South Korea and Japan
- Go To Market efforts for commerce partners in collaboration with XFN teams to launch and grow partnerships
- Manage core operations for business development efforts, including annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues
- Drive product and business adoption of monetization product integrations and solutions
- Project-manage deals and integrations with various partners
- Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions to get more businesses and advertisers onto TikTok
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethicsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of client-facing experience of partnerships and business development in South Korea and Japan
- Strong background in the advertisement industry, familiar with major media and commerce players in the market.
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
- Quantitative/analytical experience.
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean and English is essential for effectively engaging and liaising with external stakeholders in South Korea, Japan and as well as collaborating as part of an international team.
