We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team with focus on supporting business development and partner management for our ecosystem of partners. Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and advertisers across the region. As a Partner Manager, you will focus on both existing partners and new business development centered around solutions designed to allow businesses to thrive on TikTok. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. In this role you will work directly with partners in verticals ranging from campaign management, commerce, data and measurement, content and community management and local services. Partner Managers will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, strategy, legal, partner activation & enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love.Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify new commerce partnerships that fit into overall ads monetisation strategy in South Korea and Japan
- Go To Market efforts for commerce partners in collaboration with XFN teams to launch and grow partnerships
- Manage core operations for business development efforts, including annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues
- Drive product and business adoption of monetization product integrations and solutions
- Project-manage deals and integrations with various partners
- Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions to get more businesses and advertisers onto TikTok
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethicsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of client-facing experience of partnerships and business development in South Korea and Japan
- Strong background in the advertisement industry, familiar with major media and commerce players in the market.
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
- Quantitative/analytical experience.
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean and English is essential for effectively engaging and liaising with external stakeholders in South Korea, Japan and as well as collaborating as part of an international team.
