About the Role:The role oversees comprehensive supply chain, procurement, finance, and HR operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory supply, and vendor coordination to ensure timely procurement and delivery. The position also handles end-to-end accounts payable, cash management, statutory compliance, and ERP system administration. Additionally, it supports payroll, employee lifecycle processes, and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.What you'll do:Procurement & Supply Chain ManagementReview demand forecasts sent by NSK and inventory status in MRP to determine purchase requirements and initiate timely purchase orders in line with lead times and MOQ.Issue purchase orders and invoices to NSK after goods receipt and quality release of ordered productsCoordinate with NSK regularly to track and confirm delivery schedules, resolve any delays, and align on shipping plans or documentation requirements.Maintain and update MRP data and safety stock levels to ensure accurate and optimized inventory planning.Vendor ManagementCommunicate regularly with local vendors to confirm order details, pricing, and lead times, and to ensure on-time fulfillment.Monitor open purchase orders and proactively follow up with vendors to avoid delays or supply interruptions.Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance against KPIs (on-time delivery, responsiveness, quality compliance).Finance and HR OperationsManage end-to-end AP, vendor onboarding, invoice/expense processing, and payment execution.Manage payroll, social insurance, severance, and labor services in line with contractual terms.Other ancillary tasks related to Finance and HRWhat you'll need:Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain field.Bachelor’s degree requiredFluent written, reading and spoken English is PreferredFamiliarity of ERP utilization (SAP preferred)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
